This Cancellation and Refund policy (hereinafter called policy) is written for your convenience to describe the manner in which WWW.KɅYɅVɅZ.COM owned and operated by KɅYɅVɅZ WΞBΞN PRIVATE LIMITED shall cancel your order placed with us and issue refunds against such cancellations. KɅYɅVɅZ acknowledges the cancellation of products being limited to direct sale through online mode only and not through any of our physical retail outlets. By placing an order or availing our services you agree and give explicit consent to this policy.
We at KɅYɅVɅZ thank you for your valuable purchase. We start processing your order promplty which gives us a very short window for cancellation after the wheels get rolling. But we understand you may have changed your mind. Therefore, we have a 24 hours no questions asked cancellation policy, wherein you can place a cancellation request for any reason within 24 hours and your order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued to your source account.
We understand your reasons if you place a cancellation request after the expiry of 24 hour window. Therefore, you order will be cancelled but a restocking fee of 5% will be applicable on the total refund amount issued.
However, no request for cancellation will be accepted once the order is shipped. However, you can still return the order once its delivered. In such a case, a restocking and conveyance fee of 10% will be applicable on the total refund amount issued.
We understand that you may have changed your mind after making a purchase or placing an order with us during any sale. However, owing to operational restraints, we will not be able to accept any cancellation on orders purchased under any offer or discount or during sale period.
If you are unsatisfied with the product, you can raise a cancellation request from your account. You can log in to your account, if you already have an account with us or can create a new account using the same email id which was used while placing the order. The Cancel option is available in My Orders tab. Please take a note of the fact that any cancellation request made through any other medium like email, facebook, instagram, whatsapp, chat or phone call will not be accepted.
After the cancellation request is received and has undergone a comprehensive check at our end, we will process your request within 2-4 days and subsequently a refund will be issued.
After the cancellation request is processed, subsequently it takes around 2-3 days to issue the refund and another 3-4 days to reflect in your source account depending on your banking partner.
With 24 hours
For a request for cancellation made within 24 hours, your order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued to your source account.
After 24 hours and until the order is shipped
For a request for cancellation made after 24 hours but before the order is shipped, your order will still be cancelled, but a restocking fee of 5% will be deducted and the refund amount will be issued to your source account.
After the order is shipped
For a request for cancellation made after the order is shipped, the request will not be processed. However, you can still place a return request, once the order is delivered to you. In such a scenario, a conveyance fee of 10% will be deducted and the refund amount will issued to your source account.
Unless stated otherwise, our current cancellation and refund policy applies to all orders processed by us. Your cancellation and refund is subject to this policy and the terms and conditions of this website, including limitations on damages. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions and this policy, at any time without prior intimation.

The terms of this cancellation and refund policy shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute regarding or arising out of this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kanpur Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
