Return and Exchange

  • This Return and Exchange policy (hereinafter called policy)  is written for your convenience to describe the manner in which WWW.TALLO.IN owned and operated by  TALLO WEBEN PRIVATE LIMITED shall return or exchange your order placed with us. By placing an order or availing our services you agree and give explicit consent to this policy.

  • We at TALLO thank you for your valuable purchase. We hope that you are happy as we are delighted for having been chosen to serve you. All our products are meticulously crafted with utmost love and care aimed for your satisfaction and pleasure. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we have a generous 48 hours no questions asked return and exchange policy. You may exchange the product or return the product to us for store credit of the same value by placing a request within 02 days of receiving the shipment. 

  • We at TALLO understand that you may have changed your mind after making a purchase or placing an order with us during any saleWe manufacture our products with utmost sophistication and impeccable craftsmanship. We try to fulfill your order to the best of our capacity. Owing to operational compliances, we ​will ​not ​be able to accept ​any exchange or r​eturn ​on o​rders ​purchased during​ any​ sale​ period on WWW.TALLO.IN.​

  • TALLO acknowledges the return or exchange of products limited to direct sale through online mode only and not through any of our physical retail outlets. If you are unsatisfied with the product, you can raise a Return / Exchange request from your account. You can log in to your account, if you already have an account with us or can create a new account using the same email id which was used while placing the order. The Return / Exchange option is available in My Orders tab. Once a successful Return / Exchange request is placed, we will arrange for a pick up of the product from your doorstep through our registered delivery partner. 


    Please take a note of the fact that any Return / Exchange request made through any other medium like email, facebook, instagram, whatsapp, chat or phone call will not be accepted. In case of unforeseen circumstances, after raising a successful Return / Exchange request within the 48 hours of receiving the shipment, if you are unable to return the shipment to our delivery partner within the provided time frame, the request shall not be processed. 

  • We at KɅYɅVɅZ ensure that all our customers always receive a brand new product. We follow a meticulous 6-step quality check ensuring the same. Hence, we will be able to accept any return or exchange at our warehouse, only if–

    • The product has not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. 

    • The product does not exhibit any physical damage.

    • The product does not have any make-up and any other stains.​​

    Returns that do not meet our policy and standards will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. 

  • We at TALLO always strive for your satisfaction. We are obsessed at fulfilling the minutest detail you order, pushing our craft and designs to new zenith. Our customers have diverse taste and variety and we equally value every such request. Hence, we will be unable to accept any return or exchange at our warehouse, if–

    • The Return or Exchange was requested after 48 hours of receiving the shipment. 

    • The product is specially customised for you.

    • The product is made to order for you.

    • The product is a saree, and is ordered with fall and edging.

    Returns that do not meet our policy and standards will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. 

  • We at TALLO urge you to mandatorily take a receipt, whether physical or through message, when you return the product to the delivery partner. It will serve as a proof of return from your side and will be needed to absolve you of any liability in case the shipment is lost in transit. In case you not being in posession of such a proof the sole responsibility of any loss shall be borne by you.

  • If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, take a screenshot of the bad condition, tampered or damaged packaging, and please email us at care@tallo.in mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. 

  • After the product is received and has undergone a comprehensive quality check at our Returns Processing Centre at Motherhub, West-India, Maharashtra, we will process any exchange or refund as applicable within 7 days.

  • Unless stated otherwise, our current return and exchange policy applies to all orders processed by us. Your order is subject to this policy and the terms and conditions of this website, including limitations on damages. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions and this policy, at any time without prior intimation.

  • Any changes made to this policy will be posted at www.tallo.in/return-and-exchange to keep you updated. This policy was last updated by the legal team of TALLO on 01.01.2025.

  • The terms of this privacy policy shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute regarding or arising out of this privacy policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kanpur Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
