  • This Shipping and Delivery policy (hereinafter called policy) is written for your convenience to describe the manner in which WWW.TALLO.IN owned and operated by TALLO WEBEN PRIVATE LIMITED shall ship and deliver your order placed with us. By placing an order or availing our services you agree and give explicit consent to this policy.

  • We thank you for your valuable purchase. We provide complimentary shipping on all orders above ₹50000, delivered within the territory of India. For all other orders delivered within the city limits of the Cities within which  TALLO is operational, delivery charges are generally part of the final price charged. 

  • TEAM TALLO thanks you for your valuable purchase. All our products are meticulously crafted with utmost love and care aimed for your satisfaction. Once an order is placed, it takes about 7-10 business days to carefully curate and dispatch the order from our Order Processing Centres through our dedicated logistics team or thorough our dedicated courier partners to all locations we operate in India. Further, it may take an additional time after the dispatch, to get the order delivered at your place of choice. 

     

    Shipping or delivery time for the order starts from the day of receipt of the payment against the order placed with us. The shipping or delivery time is an approximate time mentioned by us for your convenience. In case of delay or non-delivery of purchased goods or services due to any reason beyond our control, we shall not be held liable.

  • We at TALLO always strive for your satisfaction. We are committed at fulfilling the minutest detail in your order, pushing our craft and designs to new zenith. Our customers have diverse taste and variety and we equally value every such request. Once an order is placed, it takes about an additional 15-30 business days over and above the normal delivery duration, as mentioned above, to carefully curate and customise the product in accordance to your specifications before it can be dispatched from our Order Processing Centres through our dedicated logistics team or courier partners to all locations we operate in India. 

  • We ensure that every detail is as per the information provided by you while placing the order with us. If you have provided any incomplete or wrong details while placing the order, kindly reach out to us at care@tallo.in at the earliest. In the event of any such discovery being reported after the order has been pushed into production in our Order Processing Centres, we will be unable to make any corrections or amends. 

     

    In the event of a non-delivery or any delay which occurs on account of a mistake made by you, like wrong information and its subsequent corrections, wrong name, incomplete address, invalid pincode, unidentifiable name, or unreachable or not answerable contact number, any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be borne by you.

  • In the event of an order being returned by our delivery partner to our Return Processing Centre - West India, Pune, Maharashtra on account of any mistake made by you or refusal to accept the order at your doorstep, the event will be treated as a return being made by you and a conveyance fee of 100% of the order amount or advance paid will be deducted before the refund is issued to your source account. 

  • We at TALLO  thank you for your interest. We will be soon launching our global stores to serve you better. As of now, we offer complimentary shipping and delivery on all international orders above USD $1000. The shipping fee for orders all orders under USD $1000 will be charged at actuals.

  • Once an international order is placed, it takes about 7-10 business days to carefully curate and dispatch the order from our Order Processing Centres through our dedicated courier partners to all locations within India. Further, it may take an additional 15-20 business days after the dispatch, to get the order delivered at your place of choice.

Once an order is placed, it takes about an additional 5-7 business days over and above the normal international shipment and delivery duration, as mentioned above, to carefully curate and customise the product in accordance to your specifications before it can be dispatched from our Order Processing Centres through our dedicated courier partners to your place of choice. 

  • We are committed to fulfilling your order at the earnest. Taxes and duties depend on your shipping destination. VAT, Custom, and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process but will be charged additionally from you, as per the rules and regulations set forth by your government at your place of choice. 

  • Unless stated otherwise, our current shipping and delivery policy applies to all orders processed by us. Your order is subject to this policy and the terms and conditions of this website, including limitations on damages. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions and this policy, at any time without prior intimation.

  • Any changes made to this policy will be posted at www.tallo.in/shipping-and-delivery to keep you updated. This policy was last updated by the legal team of TALLO on 01.01.2025.

  • The terms of this cancellation and refund policy shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute regarding or arising out of this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kanpur Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
